September 2 Meter Contest

After a long time, I took part in a 2-meter contest again. It all started on 144 Mhz over 50 years ago with my amateur radio hobby.

I’ve been having problems with my 2-meter horizontal antenna lately, but it’s working again now.
Here is an overview of the QSO:

I made 40 QSOs and scored 7941 points. That’s an average of 199 km per QSO. The ODX was G8T with 557 kilometers covered.

As always, the interesting thing is the gap in the distribution towards the northeast. I always have that, but I can’t make sense of it. There must be something in the way.
